How Do I Contact Other Members and Send Exchange Inquiries?

Use our secure Messaging System to contact other Members and send them exchange inquiries. You'll need to have a Membership or a Free Trial with HomeExchange.com and be logged into your Account to send messages to other Members. If you are not a Member yet, start your Free Trial  today. If you already have a Membership Account, log in using your Account details and send a message to another Member using the Get In Touch button on their Listing or Profile page.

The messages you send or receive on the site are also delivered to your personal email address, and the replies you send to those emails will show up in your inbox on the site as well.

The number of all the new messages you receive is displayed next to your photo.

By using our Messaging System the other party will not see your email address or any other contact information until you decide to share them. This way you have full control of your information.  Once you've sent messages, you can view them or read any incoming messages you receive in your inbox. Simply click on your photo at the top when you're logged in to your Account. All the new messages and their number will be clearly displayed there.

In your inbox click on any message to see all the messages you have exchanged with that Member. All your prior sent and received messages will be stored in that message thread.
